3.4 You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
3.5 dag69 may refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and is under no obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
4.1 dag69 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and fraud prevention standards. All Members may be required to complete identity verification before making withdrawals or at any time during their use of the Platform.

5.4 dag69 does not impose a processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. dag69 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
5.5 Funds deposited to your dag69 Wallet are for gaming purposes only. Funds deposited in error cannot be recovered once wagered. If you make a deposit in error before placing any wagers, contact customer support immediately via live chat.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the dag69 Account dashboard. The dag69 finance team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (WIB, UTC+7).
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified Members in good standing, though dag69 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for unusually large withdrawal requests.
6.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the dag69 Account. dag69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the bonus offer page.
7.3 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus, as specified in the individual bonus terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period.

12.3 dag69 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. dag69 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or internet connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits dag69's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 dag69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 dag69 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 14.2 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account may be forfeited if it is determined that the funds were generated through rule violations, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance net of processing costs will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method.
14.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting the dag69 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any qualifying balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method.
